LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kim Kardashian is no stranger to extravagance, whether it’s gold-plated bathrooms, a private jet, or rare couture pieces; she’s built her billion-dollar brand around an unapologetic embrace of luxury.

But when it comes to what she values most — her four children — Kardashian’s investment is more than personal, it’s logistical, reported The Daily Mail.

According to a new report from The Sun, the mogul-turned-lawyer employs a rotating staff of more than 10 nannies, each earning over $100,000 annually, bringing her estimated childcare expenses into the multi-million-dollar range every year. But for Kardashian, whose net worth now surpasses $1.7 billion, it’s a price she’s more than willing to pay.

“A few of the nannies live in during the week. The full-time nannies are all on about $100,000 or more a year,” a source told The Sun, adding, “Nannies who have been there 18 months or more and are liked by the kids get a payrise.”

The TV star has no problem “dropping a few million a year” on her children’s care, seeing it as a small price to pay for their happiness and safety.

The nannies are responsible for caring for North (11), Saint (9), Chicago (7), and Psalm (6), her four children with ex-husband Kanye West. They work long shifts, often 12 hours at a time, starting from 6 am, and rotate to ensure 24/7 coverage at her home.

According to reports, whenever the kids head out to visit their dad, Kanye West, they’re always accompanied by a nanny, which means extra staff are needed on those days.

source revealed that Kim Kardashian gives detailed, personalized instructions tailored to each child’s routine, preferences, and daily activities. In addition to their nannies, the children regularly work with different tutors and take lessons in art, dance, and music, offering them a well-rounded, structured schedule.

The nannies are expected to oversee everything from the children’s laundry to nutrition plans, coordinate with security teams and drivers, and travel with the children, especially when they visit their father.

The children are also looked after by stylists.

Many of the nannies live on-site in Kardashian’s sprawling home, which allows for immediate support if one of the children wakes in the night.

Kris Jenner famously employed nannies while raising her six children, even before the family became a reality TV empire.

Though the identities of the nannies are closely guarded and rarely seen on ‘The Kardashians’, fans occasionally spot them in background shots, ushering the children to different rooms.

On a recent episode of ‘The Kardashians’, Kim Kardashian offered a rare and emotional glimpse into her life as a solo parent, revealing the challenges of raising four children without the support of ex-husband Kanye West.

Kardashian, a mother to North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm, shared that while her home and wider family environment has always leaned female-heavy, she felt a strong urge to bring in a male presence, especially for her son, Saint.

I do think that my household and even our family is very female-dominated,” Kim added.

“I recently hired a manny,” she said during the confessional. “I really wanted a male around that would be picking them up and taking them to sports, and I was scared out of my mind to tell their dad that.”
