Mariska Hargitay Turns Heads with Show-Stopping Look at the Emmys

The Law and Order: SVU star ven­tured her way to Los Ange­les for the 2025 Emmy Awards on Sep­tem­ber 14, where she’s part of a trib­ute cel­e­brat­ing 35 year of the Law and Order fran­chise. Ahead of her appear­ing onstage with fel­low TV stars Christo­pher Mel­oni and Tony Gold­wynfor the moment, she had to make a mem­o­rable appear­ance on the red car­pet! 

As Mariska posed for the cam­eras, she looked amaz­ing wear­ing a strap­less bur­gundy vel­vet gown. Cut into a mer­maid-style sil­hou­ette and cinched at the waist, her dress looked tai­lored made for her. 

She added to the look by hav­ing her dark hair styled into a boun­cy blowout, with waves that helped accen­tu­ate the entire look.

Mariska wore a pair of dan­gling ear­rings and her wed­ding rings to fin­ish off her look, and kept her make­up clas­sic with smoky eye­shad­ow and a neu­tral-col­ored lip­stick. Hon­est­ly, she looked like she was pic­ture-per­fect for a glam­orous night out at the Emmys! 

When footage of Mariska’s stun­ning red car­pet moment began to swirl on social media, it was clear Law and Order: SVU fans were obsessed with her look.
