Joe Rogan starts going to church as faith resurgence gains momentum, Christian apologist claims

In a surprising turn, Joe Rogan, the renowned podcaster and former skeptic, has begun attending church regularly. This development follows a profound conversation with Christian apologist Wesley Huff on “The Joe Rogan Experience” earlier this year. Huff, who serves as the Central Canada director for Apologetics Canada, shared on the “Living Waters” podcast that Rogan’s interest in Christianity has deepened, leading to consistent church attendance.

Rogan’s spiritual shift is emblematic of a broader resurgence of interest in Christianity across the United States. According to the American Bible Society, Bible usage has increased from 38% to 41% over the past year, with notable growth among Millennials (29% increase) and Gen Z (from 11% to 15%).

This renewed curiosity isn’t limited to church attendance. Rogan’s discussions have delved into the authenticity of the Bible, the historical reliability of the Gospels, and the significance of Jesus’ teachings. In a conversation with author Cody Tucker, Rogan expressed skepticism about the Big Bang Theory and stated, “I’m sticking with Jesus,” highlighting his evolving perspective on faith and the universe’s origins.

For many in the retired community, Rogan’s journey may resonate as a reflection of a society seeking meaning and moral grounding. As public figures like Rogan explore spirituality, it underscores a collective yearning for connection, purpose, and understanding in an ever-changing world.
