Lady Gaga Shines as She Honors Fiancé Michael Polansky’s Birthday with Sweet Tribute

Lady Gaga Cel­e­brates Fiancé Michael Polansky’s 42nd Birth­day with Sweet­est Trib­ute

Lady Gaga is show­er­ing her fiancé, Michael Polan­sky, with love as he cel­e­brates his 42nd birth­day on Fri­day, Sept. 26.

The Gram­my win­ner shared a heart­felt Insta­gram post filled with three sweet snap­shots of the cou­ple. One pho­to cap­tured them shar­ing a kiss on a farm while a pair of curi­ous goats looked on, anoth­er showed the two hug­ging in front of a food truck, and the final image fea­tured Polansky’s birth­day cake with a sin­gle can­dle.

“Hap­py Birth­day to my hon­ey,” Gaga began her cap­tion. “I hope 42 is your best year yet. You have done so much in your 42 years — I am so proud of you every day, and so grate­ful for this day you came into the world. It was the most spe­cial day.”

She con­tin­ued with her sig­na­ture flair for romance: “This is my favorite day of the year! A crisp and almost rainy day, a long walk, with the back­drop of a sweet birth­day smile and lots of laugh­ter — and angel food cake with choco­late sauce. Even this goat knows what a hap­py day your birth­day is to me 😊. I love you 💋.”

Her lov­ing trib­ute comes just weeks after Gaga hon­ored Polan­sky while accept­ing the 2025 MTV Video Music Award for Artist of the Year on Sept. 7. The fol­low­ing day, she reflect­ed on their cre­ative jour­ney togeth­er, prais­ing his influ­ence on her sixth stu­dio album, May­hem.

“Dream­ing up this album, mak­ing the plan, build­ing every vision with you — talk­ing end­less­ly about what we would cre­ate for mon­sters has been an expe­ri­ence I could not have ever imag­ined,” Gaga wrote on Insta­gram. “Hav­ing your cre­ative part­ner­ship in our art, busi­ness and in love — is a love I’ve nev­er known.”

Gaga has cred­it­ed Polan­sky with encour­ag­ing her to redis­cov­er the “joy” of pop music, even co-writ­ing sev­er­al tracks on May­hem, includ­ing “Dis­ease” and “Van­ish into You.”

Back in July, dur­ing a stop on her Los Ange­les tour, Gaga called Polan­sky “the love of my life” in front of fans. She lat­er revealed their engage­ment dur­ing the 2024 Sum­mer Olympics in Paris, intro­duc­ing him as “my fiancé” while attend­ing a swim­ming event along­side French Prime Min­is­ter Gabriel Attal.

Gaga lat­er shared in an Octo­ber 2024 cov­er sto­ry for Vogue that Polan­sky popped the ques­tion while the two were rock climb­ing togeth­er.

The A Star Is Born actress also told the mag­a­zine that she was “so hap­py” in her rela­tion­ship with Polan­sky, with whom she was first roman­ti­cal­ly linked in 2020.

“I had nev­er met any­one like Michael,” she gushed. “He’s so smart and so kind. And his life and my life are very dif­fer­ent. He’s a very pri­vate guy and he’s not with me for any oth­er rea­son than that we are right for each oth­er.”
