President Biden’s Head Gash at Delaware Church Raises Questions

REHOBOTH BEACH, DELAWARE – Former President Joe Biden sparked a new wave of health concerns after he was spotted leaving a Delaware church over Labor Day weekend with a visible red gash across his head.
The 82-year-old, appearing somewhat frail, greeted supporters outside the church when cameras captured the wound, partially concealed by his white hair. The footage, filmed by political consultant Fred Karger and later shared online, quickly spread across social media and fueled speculation about Biden’s condition.
Karger told Inside Edition: “I was a little surprised because it’s a noticeable scar. It looks fresh, with a little hair combed over it. To me, it looked like someone who had several basal cell skin cancers removed from his head.”
A Biden spokesperson later confirmed that the former president had recently undergone Mohs surgery, a specialized procedure used to remove skin cancer cells layer by layer until only healthy tissue remains. While the statement did not clarify the exact timing of the operation, the appearance of the wound suggested it was recent.

Reactions online were divided. Supporters flooded the comments with well wishes:
“Kind, decent person. God bless him,” one user wrote. “We miss you, President Biden. Stay strong and keep the faith,” another added. A third commented: “God bless you, President Biden! I miss the good night’s sleep I got when you were Commander in Chief.”
However, critics seized the moment to question his health and fitness:
“Barely a year ago they were still trying to claim this man was of sound mind,” one comment read. Another wrote: “Why is no one talking about the gash on his head? Sad, but I doubt it’s cancer. Convenient timing though, with all the other scandals making headlines.”
This is not Biden’s first health scare. In February 2023, doctors removed a cancerous lesion from his chest, later identified as basal cell carcinoma. And earlier this year, he was diagnosed with Stage 4 prostate cancer after doctors found a small nodule and cancer cells that had spread to his bones—raising questions about why the disease wasn’t detected earlier during White House checkups.
