PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: President Donald Trump attended the Halloween party at his Mar-a-Lago resort on Friday, October 31
He landed in Palm Beach around 1:38 pm before heading to his private club, as per Mediaite. The theme of the Halloween party was inspired by F Scott Fitzgerald’s ‘The Great Gatsby.’
NewsNation White House correspondent Kellie Meyer captured a brief yet lively moment from the celebration. The footage captured the party’s glitzy and roaring ’20s vibe.
Earlier that day, he and his wife, Melania Trump, hosted a trick-or-treat event at the White House.

Trump’s Halloween celebration at his Mar-a-Lago resort carried the official theme, “A Little Party Never Killed Nobody.” Photos from the event showed Trump seated at a table with Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
Throughout the evening, the president appeared relaxed and upbeat, smiling, chatting with guests, and even answering a few questions. Trump kept it casual in his signature black-and-white suit and tie, a look straight out of the 2020s.
According to the NewsNation correspondent, one guest reportedly remarked, “OK, get them out of here,” seemingly directed at members of the press covering the event. “It was time to leave them to their party,” the reporter added.
‘The Great Gatsby’ theme party perfectly captured the spirit of Trump’s Halloween bash.

Donald Trump attends Halloween party after hosting trick-or-treat event at the White House

Trump capped off the festive day by attending Halloween party at his Mar-a-Lago resort, just hours after hosting a lively trick-or-treat event at the White House. He and Melania welcomed children and families to the South Lawn, sharing smiles, greetings, and candy. Kids dressed as mini Trumps and Melanias caught the president’s attention, and he happily posed for photos with them. Several videos and pictures from the event quickly made their way online.
Before heading to Palm Beach, Trump revealed that he had recently overseen a renovation of the bathroom in the Lincoln Bedroom at the White House. “I renovated the Lincoln Bathroom in the White House. It was renovated in the 1940s in an art deco green tile style, which was totally inappropriate for the Lincoln Era,” he said on Truth Social.
“I did it in black and white polished Statuary marble. This was very appropriate for the time of Abraham Lincoln and, in fact, could be the marble that was originally there,” he concluded.
