Woman, 53, Lets Her Plastic Surgeon Husband Give Her a Full Facelift — and Reveals the Shocking Price Tag

At 53 years old, Neda Karam says she final­ly feels like her­self again — thanks to a facelift per­formed by none oth­er than her hus­band, renowned San Diego plas­tic sur­geon Dr. Amir Karam.

For years, Neda had been unhap­py with how she looked in pho­tos. “Even when I was dressed up and wear­ing make­up, I could take 40 pic­tures and maybe like one,” she tells PEOPLE. “I start­ed not lik­ing my pic­tures any­more. “Oh, I didn’t have to pay for it,” Neda laughs. “I just had to be nice to my hus­band.”
